Ingredients
For glaze
  Agave 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (or 1/2 cup sugar)
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chili paste 1 Teaspoon
Other ingredients
  Vegan cock 1 (ready made)
  Mixed vegetable 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Prepare a baking dish

MAKING
2. In a pan over medium heat , add agave or sugar, cornstarch and mix together. Pour in the vegetable bouillon, water, vinegar, sesame oil and chili paste. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until the mixture gets thick.
3. In a baking dish, place the cock in the center and fill with vegetables. Pour the glaze mixture over the cock. Cover with a foil.
4. Bake the glazed cock at 350 degree F for 2 hours.

SERVING
5. Serve this glazed Vegan Cock hot and enjoy!
