Cooked Cucumbers is a great dish to go with pork or meat dishes. This simple and tasty side dish is popular made in Japanese restuarants. The crispy cucumbers taste crunchy and peppery. You can also enjoy them with sandwiches and pasta dishes.
  Cucumber 1 , sliced
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Heat oil and saute cucumbers.
2. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on them.
3. Saute them until the edges turn brown.
