Lady's Finger Hot Saute (Okra/bendakaayi Saute)

Lady's finger Saute is a simple, tasty dish. Try and enjoy!!
Ingredients
  Ladys finger 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into small pieces (okra)
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 , finely chopped
  Urad dal 2 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 2 Teaspoon
  Grated coconut 3 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 50 Milliliter (For frying)
  Curry leaves 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Heat oil in kadai, add the urad dal, mustard seeds and let it splatter.
2. Add onion, curry leaves and saute till transparent. Add tomatoes and saute for 2mins.
3. Add turmeric, chilly powder and salt and saute. Add the lady's finger, saute and cover cook without adding water for 2 mins.
4. Uncover, add 3 tsp oil and cook for 3mins, till the lady's finger shrinks and nicely cooked.
5. Finally add the grated coconut and saute for a min.
Now the Lady's finger saute is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
