1 Thoroughly wash and scrub the sweet potatoes and cut them into batons (like french fries).
2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
3 Drizzle the sweet potatoes with some olive oil and coat them evenly.
4 Sprinkle with salt, sugar and some fresh rosemary.
5 Grate some fresh cinnamon on top.
6 Layer them on a baking tray.
7 Bake for about 20-30 minutes.
