  Red chard stalks 1
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1. Start out by cutting the chard into quarter lengths.
2. In a heated skillet pour the oil and garlic and let it sit for a little bit.
3. Then, put the chard into the skillet and mix well with the garlic.
4. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper.

SERVING:
5. Serve on a plate and enjoy!
