Sweet Potatoes With Sausage & Peppers

|Sweet potatoes||2 , diced (peeled cooked)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Kielbasa/Smoked sausage||1 Pound|
|Red peppers||2 , chopped|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Minced garlic||2 Teaspoon|
|Salsa||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a skillet, brown the sausage in the oil. Add the peppers, onion and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender. Add the salsa and sweet potatoes. Salt and pepper, if needed. May be served over rice.
