Sweet potatoes are everybody's favorite. They are delicious in casseroles, pies and many other dishes. Paula's sweet potato idea is a better idea to dehydrate the sweet potatoes. They are crispier and dehydrate quickly. Paula's idea to dehydrate sweet potatoes is again an easy one.
  Sweet potatoes 2 , boiled

1. Peel the sweet potatoes.
2. Slice them and place between 2 wax papers.
3. Roll them into a flat cake and cut into squares.
4. Lay them on dehydrating tray and dehydrate for about 12 hours.
