Saucy Garden Patch Vegetables
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen vegetables||16 Ounce, thawed, drained (Such As Broccoli, Corn And Red Bell Pepper, 1 Bag)|
|Frozen vegetables||16 Ounce, thawed, drained (Such As Brussels Sprouts, Carrots And Cauliflower, 1 Bag)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
|French fried onions||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), divided|
Combine soup, sour cream and milk in large bowl. Stir in vegetables, cheese and 2/3 cup French Fried Onions. Spoon into microwavable 2-quart oblong baking dish.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on HIGH 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and mixture is heated through, stirring halfway through cooking time. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining 2/3 cup onions. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until onions are golden.
Oven Directions: Prepare vegetable mixture. Bake, covered, in 400°F oven 45 minutes or until tender and mixture is heated through. Stir; sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 1 minute.
