Arabian Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Mustard seeds 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower 1 Pound, cut into florets (500 Gram)
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and chopped
  Courgettes 2 , sliced (Zucchini)
  Potato 1 , peeled, chopped
  Carrot 1 , sliced
  Green apple 1 , cored and chopped
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in a large, heavy-based pan.
Saute onion, bay leaf, mustard seeds, dill and celery seeds until onion is tender but not brown.
Add cauliflower, tomatoes, zucchini, potato, carrot and apple.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Cook, stirring, for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
