Ingredients
  Cooked potatoes 115 Gram
  Refined flour 30 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Mash potatoes. Add flour, butter and salt.
2. Roll out 0.25 cm. (1/8") thick.
3. Cut into rounds; cook on hot greased griddle. Brush with melted butter.
