Sweet And Sour Vegetables

Ingredients
  Cauliflower 250 Gram
  French beans 100 Gram
  Carrots 2 Large
  Green bell peppers 2 Large
  Spring onions 2
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable soup cubes 1
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar free sweetener tablets 2 , powdered
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon (Any Non Synthetic)
  Bean sprouts 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Cut cauliflower into florets.
Trim French beans and cut into 1" pieces.
Cut carrots, bell peppers and spring onions into 1" pieces.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over moderate heat and add vegetables.
Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt and soya sauce.
Dissolve soup cube in 1 cup water and add to pan.
Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp water and stir in.
Dissolve sweetener in vinegar and pour over vegetables.
Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes till gravy thickens.
Sprinkle with bean sprouts and serve hot with wheat noodles.
