Steamed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Frozen vegetables/1 pound fresh vegetables 10 Ounce, rinsed and trimmed (1 Package)
  Seasoning blend 2 Teaspoon (Use Either Savory Seasonings Garden Blend Or Cook Blend)
Directions

Steam in an electric steamer or in steamer basket placed in a pan of boiling water; do not let water touch vegetables.
Sprinkle Garden Blend or Cook Blend over vegetables.
Cover; steam 5 to 7 minutes for frozen vegetables and 20 to 25 minutes for fresh vegetables, or just until tender.
