Drumsticks With Basil Butter
|Chopped fresh basil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Bring pan of water to boil, add drumsticks, reduce heat, simmer 12 minutes; drain, cool.
Beat softened butter in basin with basil, pinenuts, garlic and parmesan cheese.
Spread a little butter mixture between flesh and skin of drumsticks.
Barbecue drumsticks, basting frequently with butter mixture until cooked through.
