Quick Mix Carrot Cake

Ingredients
  Yellow cake mix/Spice cake mix 200 Gram (1 Package)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (For Yellow Cake Mix Only)
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon (For Yellow Cake Mix Only)
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Yellow Cake Mix Only)
  Sour cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts/Pecans 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel/Orange peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

To the dry yellow cake mix, add cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
Mix well.
Prepare either cake mix by package directions replacing 1/4 cup of liquid with 1/3 cup sour cream.
Blend into mixed batter the grated carrots, raisins, nuts, and lemon or orange peel.
Spread batter evenly in a greased and floured sheet cake pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches).
Bake 40 minutes to 1 hour, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or spread with your favorite frosting.
