Cheese and Vegetable Rabbit
|Green pepper||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Onion||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Canned tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Cheddar cheese||3 Cup (48 tbs), grated|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
1. Saute the green pepper and onion in the butter or margarine in a chafing dish or double boiler over hot water until the onion is golden.
2. Add the tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
3. Add the cheese, salt and a few grains of pepper. Stir until the cheese is melted.
4. Combine the egg and milk and add slowly to the hot cheese mixture, stirring constantly. Mix thoroughly.
