Glazed Sweet Potatoes
|Hot cooked sweet potatoes||4 Medium|
|Melted butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed|
Slice each peeled potato into thirds lengthwise.
Arrange the slices on a broiler rack and spread each with butter or margarine and brown sugar combined.
Broil under medium broiler heat until delicately browned and glazed—about 7 min.
