This grilled vegetable recipe is great for summertime when you do not want to get the house hot and prefer to cook outdoors. |Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Red peppers||2 , cut into long strips|
|Onion||1 , cut into cubes|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoning sauce||1 Dash|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Put them over a pre-greased foil. Cover and grill for 15-10 minutes. Stir in between and continue grilling for another 10-15 minutes. These turn out absolutely juice and delicious.
