Boiled Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

1. Wash sweet potatoes, pare and quarter them.
2. Cook in the boiling salted water 25 to 35 minutes. Drain; season with salt, pepper and melted butter or margarine and parsley.
