|Parsnips||1 Bunch (100 gm), peeled if necessary and cut into halves or quarters|
|Butter||2 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Steam parsnips in as little water as possible until they are tender but still firm and the water has cooked away.
Add butter and saute them for 5 minutes or so, turning them so as to brown evenly.
Season to taste, garnish with parsley and serve.
