Glazed Parsnips

Ingredients
  Parsnips 1 Bunch (100 gm), peeled if necessary and cut into halves or quarters
  Butter 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Steam parsnips in as little water as possible until they are tender but still firm and the water has cooked away.
Add butter and saute them for 5 minutes or so, turning them so as to brown evenly.
Season to taste, garnish with parsley and serve.
