|Dry yeast||1 Teaspoon|
|Warm water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Round brinjal||2 Medium|
|Tomato sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (for frying)|
Take warm water in a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle sugar and yeast over it and keep covered for 10-15 minutes.
Put oil, salt and flour to water, mix with fork for 2-3 minutes and knead to a soft dough with hands.
Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with a little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Put in a baking dish and prick with fork.
Bake the base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove base from the dish and cool.
Cut 1 cm thick slices of brinjal, rings of onion and grate potato.
Deep fry the brinjal slices till light brown in colour.
Fry the onion and potatoes also to light brown.
Sprinkle salt over them.
Smear butter and then tomato sauce over the pizza base.
Cover the base completely with fried brinjals.
Put potato and onions decoratively on the brinjals.
Spread grated cheese over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
