Peach Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Peach preserves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet potatoes 2 Pound, cooked, peeled, and cut in 2-inch slices (4 medium sized ones)
Directions

In skillet combine preserves, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon; heat till bubbly. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Add sweet potatoes; cook and stir over low heat (220°) till heated through and glazed, 10 to 15 minutes.
