|Seasoned coating mix||2 3⁄8 Ounce (1 package , Italian flavored)|
Cut cauliflower into about 24 flowerets; rinse.
Empty coating mix into plastic bag and coat cauliflowerets.
On paper plate, arrange 12 in circular pattern.
Heat at high3 to 4 minutes, or until tender.
