Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 head)
  Seasoned coating mix 2 3⁄8 Ounce (1 package , Italian flavored)
Directions

Cut cauliflower into about 24 flowerets; rinse.
Empty coating mix into plastic bag and coat cauliflowerets.
On paper plate, arrange 12 in circular pattern.
Heat at high3 to 4 minutes, or until tender.
