Beef And Potato Cakes

Ingredients
  Ground cooked beef 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) (leftover)
  Seasoned mashed potatoes 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (cold)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Bottled thick meat sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix together all ingredients except flour and salad oil.
Shape into 6 patties or cakes.
Roll very lightly in flour; saute in hot oil until brown on all sides.
