  Ladies fingers 225 Gram
  Refined flour 15 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Milk 295 Milliliter
  Salt 10 Gram
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Fat 30 Gram
Directions

1. Prepare ladies fingers and parboil in salted water.
2. Prepare a thick white sauce with flour, butter and milk.
3. Heat fat and toss ladies fingers in fat.
4. Cohere with the sauce and serve hot.
