Marinated Vegetable

Ingredients
  Cut fresh green beans/1 package, 9 ounce frozen cut green beans / frozen italian style beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cauliflower flowerets 1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or frozen)
  Italian salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (reduced calorie / oil free)
  Sliced pimiento 2 Ounce, drained (1 jar)
Directions

Cook fresh green beans and cauliflower in a small amount of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or till crisp-tender. (Or, cook frozen green beans and cauliflower according to package directions, except omit salt.) Drain vegetables. Place in a mixing bowl.
Add salad dressing and pimiento. Toss till vegetables are coated. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
