|Cut fresh green beans/1 package, 9 ounce frozen cut green beans / frozen italian style beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cauliflower flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs) (fresh or frozen)|
|Italian salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (reduced calorie / oil free)|
|Sliced pimiento||2 Ounce, drained (1 jar)|
Cook fresh green beans and cauliflower in a small amount of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes or till crisp-tender. (Or, cook frozen green beans and cauliflower according to package directions, except omit salt.) Drain vegetables. Place in a mixing bowl.
Add salad dressing and pimiento. Toss till vegetables are coated. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
