  Omelet 1 (Basic)
  Crumbled dry basil 1 Pinch
  Crumbled dry thyme 1 Pinch
  Torn spinach leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (fresh)
  Shredded cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Prepare Basic Omelet, adding basil and thyme to the batter during blending for additional flavor.
Cook omelet according to Basic Omelet instructions, using spinach and cheese for the filling.
