Stir Fried Vegetables
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Bamboo shoots||4 Ounce, thinly sliced (125 Grams)|
|Mangetout||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Carrots||4 Ounce, thinly sliced (125 Grams)|
|Broccoli florets||2 Ounce (50 Grams)|
|Fresh bean sprouts||4 Ounce (125 Grams)|
Heat the oil in a preheated frying pan or wok.
Add the bamboo shoots, mangetout, carrots and broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the bean sprouts and then the salt and sugar.
Stir-fry for another minute or so, and add some water if necessary.
Do not overcook or the vegetables will lose their crunchiness.
