Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Bamboo shoots 4 Ounce, thinly sliced (125 Grams)
  Mangetout 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Carrots 4 Ounce, thinly sliced (125 Grams)
  Broccoli florets 2 Ounce (50 Grams)
  Fresh bean sprouts 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a preheated frying pan or wok.
Add the bamboo shoots, mangetout, carrots and broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the bean sprouts and then the salt and sugar.
Stir-fry for another minute or so, and add some water if necessary.
Do not overcook or the vegetables will lose their crunchiness.
Serve hot.
