Creamed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk/Half and half 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
Directions

In 1 1/2-qt glass casserole place butter, flour and salt.
Microwave at High (10) for 1 to 1 1/2 Minutes, whisking well.
Gradually stir in milk.
Microwave at High (10) for 4 to 5 Minutes, stirring every minute until thick and bubbly.
Covers 1 to 2 pounds vegetables.
