|Italian seasoned bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Low fat mayonnaise dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Real /Light)|
|Assorted vegetables||6 Cup (96 tbs) (Broccoli Florets, Carrot Slices, Cauliflower Florets, Small Mushrooms, Green And/Or Red Bell Pepper Strips, Yellow Squash Slices And/Or Zucchini Strips)|
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In plastic food bag combine crumbs and Parmesan; shake to blend well. In another bag combine mayonnaise and vegetables; shake to coat well. Add mayonnaise-coated vegetables, half at a time, to crumb mixture; shake to coat well.
3. Arrange in single layer on ungreased cookie sheet so that pieces do not touch.
4. Bake in 425°F oven 10 minutes or until golden.
