Ingredients
  Frozen mixed vegetables 16 Ounce (1 Bag)
  Canned water chestnuts 6 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)
  Canned cream of celery soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  French fried onion rings 8 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

Place frozen vegetables in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 8 minutes, turning dish one-quarter turn after 4 minutes.
Uncover; spread water chestnuts on top of vegetables.
Spread the undiluted soup over chestnuts.
Top with onion rings.
Heat, uncovered, 4 minutes.
