Crispy Vegetables In Chilly Sauce

Ingredients
  Green chili sauce 4 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Cabbage 1 1⁄2 Medium, small diced
  Asparagus sprigs 4
  Broccoli 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched
  Corn flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chilli flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash all the vegetables thoroughly, drain and keep aside. in a bowl, add one cup of water to 2 cups of corn flour, baking powder and make a thick batter with it. Deep fry all the vegetables and keep them in the strainer. Heat oil in a wok. Add all the sauces, add a table spoon of water, add all the vegetables and mix while stirring.
Garnish with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
