For Manchurian balls grate cabbage, carrot, 1 capsicum and 1 onion. Mix with maida, pinch of salt and water to make sticky dough. Make balls and deep fry on slow flame. Keep aside.For Manchurian sauce heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok on a high flame. Chop the remaining vegetables and stir fry for 1 min. Add water, contents of Ching's Secret Sauce Mix. Stir and bring to boil. Simmer for 2 min. Add fried Manchurian balls, mix and simmer for 1 more min or till the sauce is thick. Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
