Baked Potatoes A La Mode

Ingredients
  Baking potatoes 6 Medium
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
Directions

About 1 hour before serving: Preheat oven to 450°F.
Wash, then dry, potatoes; brush with salad oil.
Place on cookie sheet; bake 45 minutes or until fork-tender.
Meanwhile, in small bowl, blend cheeses with milk; refrigerate.
When potatoes are tender, prick each with fork to let out steam; cut slit in each; press open; fill with cheese topping.
