|Riced potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), or mashed|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs), minced|
|Eggs||2 , well beaten|
1. Mix the potatoes with the crumbs.
2. Melt the butter or margarine and saute the onion in it about 5 minutes. Add to the potato and bread mixture.
3. Mix and add the eggs, stir thoroughly, blend in the salt and pepper.
4. Use in chicken or turkey.
