|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream/Evaporated milk||2 Tablespoon|
1. Scrub the radishes, cut off tops and roots. Slice in halves.
2. Drop into the boiling water with the lemon juice and salt. Cover and cook 10 minutes. Drain.
3. Turn into a saucepan, sprinkle lightly with the sugar, add the butter or margarine, saute 5 minutes.
4. Add the cream or milk and leave over low heat 5 minutes.
