Ingredients
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  White wine 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Caster sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Double cream 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Lemon slices 2 , quartered
Directions

Place lemon juice, white wine, caster sugar and cream in a bowl and beat until soft peaks form.
Spoon into four individual serving glasses and decorate with lemon slices.
