Buttered Vegetables

Ingredients
  Courgettes 2 , sliced 1/4 inch thick
  Carrots 2 , sliced
  Cauliflower 1⁄2 , broken into florets
  Green pepper 1 , deseeded and sliced
  Butter 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic puree/Pulp 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried red pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place the vegetables in a large serving dish.
Put the butter with the salt, coriander, garlic and crushed red chillies in a small saucepan.
Melt over a high heat then pour over the vegetables.
Toss and serve immediately.
