Beef Topped Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4
  Baking potatoes 32 Ounce (Four 8 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beef gravy mix 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Dried marjoram leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef sirloin steak 1 Pound, trimmed and cut into thin strips
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Finely shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Arrange bacon on roasting rack.
Cover with paper towel.
Microwave at High for 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, or until brown and crisp.
Cool slightly.
Crumble.
Set aside.
Pierce potatoes with fork.
Arrange in circular pattern on paper towel in microwave oven.
Microwave at High for 10 to 14 minutes, or until tender, turning potatoes over and rearranging after half the time.
Wrap each potato in foil.
Set aside.
Blend water, gravy mix, marjoram and pepper in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, or until mixture thickens and bubbles, stirring 2 or 3 times with whisk.
Stir in sirloin strips.
Microwave at High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until beef is no longer pink, stirring once.
Cover.
Set aside.
