  Lime 1 , juiced (About 1-2 Tablespoon)
  Jicama 1 Medium, peeled, cut in thin, match like sticks (About 0.75 Pound)
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Red onion 1⁄4 Medium, peeled, cut in thin, match like sticks (About 0.75 Pound)

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
