Microwaved Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 6 Medium, sliced 1/4-inch thick (peeled)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
Directions

In a 2-quart oblong baking dish arrange sweet potato slices; add water.
In small bowl combine orange juice, butter and lemon juice; stir in cornstarch until smooth.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with plastic wrap.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM for 23 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 5.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Let stand, covered, 3 minutes.
Baste potatoes with sauce.
Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
