Ingredients
  Red bell pepper 2 , halved, seeded
  Poblano pepper 2 , halved, seeded
  Anaheim pepper 2 , halved, seeded
  Scallions 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon (Juice Extracted From 1 Lemon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat grill to medium.
Toss peppers and scallions with oil, salt, and pepper.
Grill peppers, cut side down, until charred, 3-4 minutes, then turn them over and add scallions to the grill.
Cook until vegetables are tender, about 2 minutes.
Slice peppers, then toss with scallions in lime juice.
