Spiced Sweet Potato & Banana Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked sweet potato 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Ripe bananas 4
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spring onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Cut cooked sweet potato into 2 cm (1 in) cubes.
Slice bananas and marinate in lemon juice.
Heat oil in saucepan.
Saute curry powder and crushed cloves of garlic.
Cool and combine with mayonnaise to form curry dressing.
Combine banana.
