Buttered Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients
  Frozen sweet corn 4 Ounce (120 Grams)
  Frozen broad beans 4 Ounce (120 Grams)
  Frozen french beans 4 Ounce (120 Grams)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan and, when boiling, add the vegetables. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, drain and leave to dry.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Heat slowly, tossing or stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
