Buttered Mixed Vegetables
|Frozen sweet corn||4 Ounce (120 Grams)|
|Frozen broad beans||4 Ounce (120 Grams)|
|Frozen french beans||4 Ounce (120 Grams)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce (45 Grams)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan and, when boiling, add the vegetables. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, drain and leave to dry.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the vegetables. Heat slowly, tossing or stirring occasionally, until heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste and stir in the parsley. Serve immediately.
