Pesto Grilled Chicken Drumsticks
|Chicken drumsticks||1 3⁄4 Kilogram (12 Pieces)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), crushed|
|Butter||125 Gram, softened|
|Pesto||2 Tablespoon (Bottled)|
Make deep diagonal cuts across each chicken drumstick.
Combine oil, juice and garlic in Large bowl; add chicken, coat with oil mixture.
Combine butter and pesto in small bowl; press two-thirds of the pesto mixture into cuts and all over chicken.
Place chicken under heated grill; cook, brushing with remaining pesto mixture occasionally, until browned all over and cooked through.
Brush chicken with pan juices just before serving.
