Romaine Salad With Dill, Scallions, And Lemon
|Extra virgin olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon (fresh)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Romaine lettuce||6 Cup (96 tbs), washed and shredded|
|Dill||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped (fresh)|
|Scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Black pepper||To Taste, freshly ground|
1. Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, and garlic in a large salad bowl.
2. Place the romaine, dill, and scallions in the bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
3. Toss together just before serving.
