Vegetable Platter With Curried Mayonnaise
|Broccoli flowerets||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cauliflower flowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Zucchini||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Carrot||1 , sliced|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
|Yellow squash||1 , sliced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Select a 10-inch glass platter.
Arrange broccoli pieces around outside edge, then cauliflower, carrots and pepper in concentric circles, with squash in the center.
Dot with butter slices.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High (10) for 5 to 7 Minutes.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
Curry Mayonnaise makes a perfect dip to serve with fresh vegetables.
Mix 1 cup of mayonnaise with 1 to 2 teaspoons of curry powder.
