Century Egg with Capsicum

Ingredients
  Century eggs 2 , peeled and cut in wedges
  Green pepper 1 , grilled until skin is slightly brown (Capsicum)
  Light soy sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White rice vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Peanut oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 1⁄4 Inch, cut in hair-like shreds (3 Centimeter)
  Red chili 1 , de-seeded and cut in hair-like shreds
Directions

Arrange the century eggs in a dish.
Cut the grilled green pepper in wedges, discarding seeds.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, mixing well.
Pour over the century egg and green pepper and garnish with the shredded ginger and chilli.
