Century Egg With Capsicum
|Century eggs||2 , peeled and cut in wedges|
|Green pepper||1 , grilled until skin is slightly brown (Capsicum)|
|Light soy sauce||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|White rice vinegar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Peanut oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ginger||1 1⁄4 Inch, cut in hair-like shreds (3 Centimeter)|
|Red chili||1 , de-seeded and cut in hair-like shreds|
Arrange the century eggs in a dish.
Cut the grilled green pepper in wedges, discarding seeds.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, salt and sugar, mixing well.
Pour over the century egg and green pepper and garnish with the shredded ginger and chilli.
