Frankly Peppered Potato Bake

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 2 Small, cut into 1 inc pieces to make 2 cups
  Diced pared potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Caraway seed 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Frankfurters 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch slices
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Cook and stir onion in butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Pour into oblong baking dish, 11 1/2x7 1/2x1 1/2".
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake 1 hr 15 min.
