Rhubarb And Strawberry Dessert
|Unsweetened stewed rhubarb||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Hot)|
|Strawberry flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Marshmallows||1⁄4 Pound (16 Pieces)|
Pour hot rhubarb over the gelatin and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Cut marshmallows into quarters with scissors dipped in hot water, and add to the mixture while it is still warm.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to allow marshmallows to soften slightly.
Pour into mold; place in refrigerator to chill until set.
Serve with plain or whipped cream.
