Saucy Vegetables

Ingredients
  Peeled sliced potatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Frozen peas and carrots 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sharp processed american cheese 3 Ounce, shredded
  Reconstituted nonfat dry milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook potatoes and peas and carrots in small amount of boiling, salted water just till tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain.
In saucepan combine remaining ingredients; heat and stir till cheese melts.
Stir in vegetables; heat through.
